Marie kicked off her Sweden tour with a visit to northern city Umeå, where she held her first-ever (!) keynote at Arctic Game Conference.

Marie kicked of the program with one of her popular talks in Boss Fight Design, where she gave the audience a crash course on what it takes to make a kick-ass boss encounter. Whilst walking through her design process, she made stops and brought up insightful examples and advice that guided attendees in how to approach their own design.

Overall the event was a success for Marie, with several studio visits, meetings, and lots of new connections made during several excellent dinners. Thanks Arctic game, it’s organizers, partners and volunteers for the event!
